Yes. Silver Valet is a fully mobile service carried out at your home or workplace. We arrive with our own professional equipment, including water, power and cleaning products, so no facilities are required from you.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No — we are fully mobile and arrive with our own SpotlessWater (ultra-pure, de-ionised water) along with professional equipment and power where required. However, if electricity is available and you’re happy for us to use it, this is always appreciated. Using on-site power helps reduce generator use, lowers noise pollution, and is more environmentally considerate, particularly in residential areas.
Can you work in underground or secure parking?
Yes, in most cases. As a mobile service, we regularly work in underground car parks and secure residential or workplace locations. Access height, ventilation and permission should be confirmed in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Is Silver Valet suitable for very dirty cars?
Silver Valet is designed for regular maintenance and presentation. If a vehicle is heavily soiled, has ingrained dirt, strong odours or hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, a Gold Valet or Deep Clean service may be more suitable. We’re always happy to advise before booking.
How often should I book a Silver Valet?
Most customers book a Silver Valet every 3–6 weeks to keep their vehicle consistently clean and presentable. Frequency depends on usage, mileage and whether the vehicle is used daily or occasionally.
How long does a Silver Valet take?
No. Silver Valet focuses on cleaning and presentation rather than paint correction. Light enhancement products are applied, but scratches, swirl marks and deeper paint defects require one of our detailing services.
How long does a Silver Valet take?
