Our ceramic coating packages are designed to deliver exceptional durability, gloss retention, and hydrophobic performance when properly maintained. To preserve the integrity of your finish and uphold your guarantee, please review the following conditions carefully.

1. Guarantee Coverage

◆ The guarantee covers the durability of the ceramic coating for the duration specified at the time of booking (e.g. 1, 3, or 5 years).
◆ Coverage applies to coating performance—specifically protection against environmental contaminants, UV fading, and chemical staining under normal conditions.
◆ The guarantee does not cover physical damage to the coating caused by neglect, improper washing, mechanical abrasion, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

2. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain your coating’s performance and guarantee validity, clients must:
◆ Follow the Aphrodite Aftercare Guide, provided upon completion of service.
◆ Avoid automatic or mechanical car washes.
◆ Use only pH-neutral shampoos and safe wash techniques (two-bucket or contactless method).
◆ Schedule a maintenance service; exterior valet or better in 3-month  intervals (or as advised by Aphrodite Detailing).
◆ Notify Aphrodite Detailing immediately if defects or performance issues arise.

Failure to adhere to these maintenance requirements will void the guarantee.

3. Vehicle Storage and Environmental Conditions

◆ Vehicles must remain garage-kept for the initial 12–24 hours after coating application to ensure proper curing.
◆ Coatings applied to vehicles that were not stored indoors during the setting period are excluded from guarantee coverage due to contamination risk.

4. Limitations of Liability

◆ The guarantee covers the coating itself, not the vehicle’s paintwork or pre-existing defects.
◆ Aphrodite Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or subsequent detailing performed by third parties.
◆ No refund or partial refund will be issued for coatings compromised due to improper care or external damage.

5. Transferability

◆ The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of coating.
