Aphrodite Detailing – Terms of Service
1. Engagement of Services
a) At Aphrodite Detailing, we are committed to delivering premium vehicle care with professionalism, precision, and pride. While every effort is made to ensure an exceptional valet experience, we cannot guarantee that the service will fully align with individual preferences, subjective expectations, or specific professional or industry benchmarks.
b) By requesting a valet service, you agree to the following conditions to ensure an optimal and seamless service experience:

Confirm the exact location of your vehicle prior to booking.

Park the vehicle in a location with safe, unrestricted access.

Allow for a minimum of 1 metre of space around all sides of the vehicle to enable our detailing experts to work efficiently.

Remove all personal items, oversized belongings, and child seats, and open compartments in preparation for service. Vehicles not fully accessible may not receive a complete detail.

Understand that unforeseen factors such as traffic may affect technician arrival time. Please allow a 2-hour arrival window around your booked time.
2. Booking Policy
All services must be booked and paid for in advance via our website, mobile application, or in person. We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (subject to availability) processed via Square. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, appointments are subject to availability and may be restricted or rescheduled at our discretion.
3. Pricing Structure
Our pricing reflects the care, skill, and attention devoted to each vehicle. All rates are listed in GBP and are available on our website and mobile app. Pricing is based on official vehicle size classifications from relevant authorities. Aphrodite Detailing reserves the right to revise pricing without notice. Please also note, any supercars or classic cars, original shape Land Rover Defenders, Urban Automotive kits may see a slight price increase due to the level of care needed to accommodate the intricate areas they possess. This will be negotiated before proceeding.
4. Client Communication
To ensure a refined and seamless experience, we may contact you regarding your upcoming appointments. You may also receive tailored service reminders or updates. Clients may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.
5. Liability & Risk Management
We approach every vehicle with meticulous care and premium-grade products. Nonetheless, by engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept the following limitations:

Aphrodite Detailing is not liable for loss of or damage to the vehicle, its contents, accessories, or third-party property during the course of service.

Vehicles with satin or matte finishes or wraps are detailed entirely at the owner's risk due to the delicate nature of such surfaces.

Engine bay cleaning is offered exclusively at the client’s request and risk. Please disclose any alarms, immobilisers, damaged hoses, or electrical issues in advance.

We are not responsible for post-cleaning leaks or staining to surfaces beneath the vehicle.

Mechanical failures or issues arising during or following service are not the responsibility of Aphrodite Detailing.

Seizure of vehicles by legal or governmental authorities is beyond our liability.
Battery Disclaimer: Battery drainage may occur due to automatic systems activating during service. Clients are responsible for ensuring their battery is in sound condition prior to the appointment.
Engine Bay Disclaimer: Clients acknowledge that engine bay cleaning may affect sensitive components. This service is provided only upon express request and at the client’s own risk.
General Disclaimer: Our methods are designed to uphold the highest standards, but some risks are inherent in automotive detailing. By booking with us, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Note: While we provide extensive interior treatments—including shampooing, steam cleaning —certain odours may persist or return if structural or mechanical components require replacement.
Please do not leave valuables inside your vehicle. Our operatives are not authorised to accept or store items for safekeeping, and we cannot accept liability for any such items left behind.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We appreciate our clients’ busy schedules and strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to high demand, the following policies apply:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.

Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance (within 30 days) is allowed with no rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling within 3 hours of the appointment time incurs a 50% charge.
Refunds are processed minus a 3% card processing fee.
7. Client Responsibilities

Disclose all known or suspected defects, damage, or weaknesses in your vehicle before service.

Insurance of your vehicle remains your sole responsibility during the detailing process.

Any service concerns must be raised prior to completion and return of keys.

You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle poses no hazard to our technicians. Damage or injury caused by vehicle defects will be the client’s responsibility.

Exercise caution upon collecting your vehicle, as treated surfaces may be slippery.

Inform our operative of any old or non-original paintwork, which may be more susceptible to damage.

Child seats must be removed and reinstalled by you. Our operative cannot assist due to legal and safety considerations.

Vehicles over 3 years old may contain perished or fragile materials. Services on such vehicles are performed entirely at the client’s risk.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any personal, payment, or booking information provided will be handled in strict confidence and used solely by Aphrodite Detailing. We never share client data without consent. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
