The Gold Valet process

  1. Pre-inspection and set-up
    We assess the vehicle’s condition and tailor the approach to the paintwork, wheels and interior materials.

  2. Deep exterior cleanse
    Citrus pre-wash and pH-neutral snow foam loosen contamination before a safe two-bucket contact wash.

  3. Decontamination stage
    Tar spot removal and iron fallout treatment are carried out, followed by a clay bar treatment to leave paintwork smooth and ready for protection.

  4. Detailing and refinement
    Badges, grilles, shuts, rubbers, trims and crevices are degreased and detailed, then the vehicle is dried thoroughly and finished with precision.

  5. Interior deep clean
    The interior is vacuumed and detailed throughout, with steam cleaning and, where applicable, shampoo, extraction and protection for fabric seats and mats. Leather is cleaned, conditioned and protected.

  6. Protection and finishing
    Pre-wax cleanser is applied, followed by paste wax (up to 12 months protection). Glass, trims, tyres, arches and exhaust tips are finished, then a final inspection is completed.

Gold Valet – Full Detail goes further by focusing on deeper cleaning, refinement and finishing, making it better suited to vehicles that need a higher standard of results. Yes. Gold Valet is a fully mobile service delivered at your home or workplace. We arrive with professional equipment and products, allowing the service to be completed without you needing to visit a detailing studio.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No — we are fully mobile and bring our own equipment and water. If electricity is available and you’re happy for us to use it, this is appreciated as it helps reduce generator use, lowers noise, and is more environmentally considerate in residential or workplace settings.

Will Gold Valet remove scratches or paint defects?

Gold Valet improves paint clarity and smoothness through decontamination and protection, but it does not remove scratches or swirl marks. Paint correction or machine polishing services are required to address defects in the clear coat.
